Membership
The Kapiti Coast Photographic Society is open to anyone with an interest in the art of photography. The Society is affiliated to the Photographic Society of New Zealand (PSNZ).
KCPS is a fully incorporated Society and complies with the requirements of the Charities Act 2005. If you would like to, you can download the Rules of KCPS (pdf).
Subscriptions
The membership fees for 2012 are:

| Individual member | $50.00 |
| A couple living at the same address | $75.00 |
| A junior, under 19 at school or under 25 and a full time student | $30.00 |
| There is a discount of $5.00 for each applicant who is also a member of PSNZ. |
If you would like to join the Society, simply complete the KCPS Membership Application Form (pdf) and follow the instructions in the form to organise payment and return the form to us.
Meetings
Club meetings are twice a month from February to November. We meet on the second and fourth Mondays at 7:30 pm in the Otaihanga Boating Club, 19 Makora Road, Otaihanga.
The Development Group (oriented to post processing and general improvement of members’ skills) meets on the first Monday of every month from March to November, in the same venue. The monochrome group meets every month or two. For full details of the upcoming programme, just check out the Events calendar, or click on “Events” in the top menu.
You are most welcome to come along and meet us even if you’re not yet a member of the Society.

Competitions

A new version of the competition entry form to allow for the fact that you can now just enter up to two digital images and up to two prints (either colour or monochrome) will be available here soon.
Competition entries for digital images, and digital copies (also up to 1600 pixels wide by 1200 pixels high) for prints, should be e-mailed to kcps.entry@gmail.com
