Starting with the KCPS 2012 Summer Salon in March, we plan to use a new online entry system. This will enable all details for your digital and print images to be filled out online, and digital images to be uploaded.
This is being done using an online service call JotForm, so don’t worry if you are taken away from our site for the entry form to be completed.
For the rest of February we are going to be testing this out. This is both so members can try it without actually submitting entries and images, and so we can iron out any problems before it goes live in March.

Would be greatly enhanced if you could show a little thumbnail of the images as a confirmation that you have it correct.

Unfortunately it’s not possible to show thumbnails of the selected image files. The file name is shown, and this should match the title of the image anyway. Best that can be done for now.
Also, the email acknowledgement you get includes links to the images you have submitted which you can then click on and download to confirm all is well.
If something did go wrong, it’s easy enough to submit the form again with a comment that the previous one should be discarded. Easily done.
